Free Breakfast & Lunch for All Students

We are pleased to inform you that all children attending South Pointe Elementary will receive breakfast and lunch at NO COST to the family during the school year 2025-2026 unless otherwise notified.

South Pointe Elementary will be participating in a special provision offered by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) that affects the traditional operating procedures of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP). Under this provision, it is not necessary to distribute household applications among families with children in attendance. We appreciate your cooperation in previous years and will notify you of any changes to the program in future years.

Note: If your child has food allergies or special dietary needs, please notify the school office and provide a completed Medical Statement form from your child's healthcare provider. We work with families to accommodate documented medical dietary requirements while maintaining food safety standards.

The letter must contain the complainant's name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
